stevoj (5586) - Boise, Idaho, USA - APR 27, 2017
Draft at brewery. Malts make themselves known in the aroma and taste, more so than usual for the style. Hops carry the back end through to a long lingering bitter finish. Hazy medium amber with small head. Not your typical big hoppy NW IPA.

Draft Third of a Pint at GBBF 2011 (Day 1), Earl’s Court, London Aug 2011 - Hazy Copper Gold in colour. Hoppy; piney and grassy hops. Fruity; grapefruit citrus. and pineapple. Malty; biscuity malts, caramel. Nice hop/fruit/malt balance. Not extreme. Easy drinking for an IPA. (2011-08-02)

Nose is citrus, grapefruit. Light and sweet. Flavor is much more straightforward, hops all the way.

Gription79 (2892) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - JUN 23, 2015
Had on draft at the brewery. The aroma is citrusy, grapefruit rind, pine, hints of soap in the background. The flavor is grassy, pine, citrusy, balancing Bready malt character.

Draught at the Bend Brewing Co, Bend, OR.
Clear deep golden colour with a small white head. Sweet fruity hops, mild bitterness, resin and sweet malt in the aroma. The flavour is sweet fruity hops, moderate bitterness and sweet malt. A bit too sweet. Rich.

Hoppy grapefruit aroma. Clear orange with a rich lasting head. Grapefruit dominates all the way through along with a bitterness that doesn’t linger. Very crisp ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

a good complex hop profile stands this one out from most of their beers, which are more boring than not. Adequately bitter and flavorful. Not too shabby...

Experiment_Ale (1098) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUL 11, 2014
Draft at Bend Brewing Co with Taylor. Pours orange with lacing. Aroma is pine, cirrus fruity hops. Taste is well crafted citrus hops, hint if melon and fruit. Bitterness is present. It’s a really nice for his style of ipa.
