Thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good .Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, quite malty-yeasty, light fruity notes of lemon. Dry background. Finish wheaty malty, not too dry. Quite drinkable. Not bad!

bottle from Bièrerie Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Hazy pale yellow, small white head. Resiny-yeasty nose. Starts like a typical bière blanche, then a resiny touch tunes in. Works really well!

Bottle. Hazy golden with medium sized white head. Very fruity at first with lemon, lime and apricot followed by a light touch of pine resin. Light dough and yeast but a bit subdued by the hops and pine. Light sweet with medium bitter middle and finish. Medium bodied with slight creamy feel. Quite good actually. I was not so impressed with the very hoppy wheat beers I've had before but here it works quite well.

33cl courtesy of jaghana, [email protected] Tasting II. "Blanche aux bourgeons de Sapin". Apparently also new world dryhopped - Citra? Citrus and pineapple jam aromas upfront, subdued fluffy yeast profile, late fir needle entry, providing a very elegant finish. Successful, refreshing crossover.

Couleur dorée trouble, bonne mousse blanche. Nez résineux sapin, raisin, fruité banane. Gout malté et fruité doux (agrume, ananas). fin un peu amere astringente

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy golden beer with medium head. Nose is on phenols such as light banana and grapefruit. Aroma is on sweet malt, white bread, pineapple notes, mandarine, light honey touch. Finish is malty with pineapple notes, metallic touch and some astringency.
