Aroma: Herbs and citrus notes. Appearance: Ambar color with cloudy liquid and frothy white head. Taste: Light bitterness and light sweetness with light sour notes. Palate: Medium body with creamy texture and average carbonation. Short bitter finish. Overall: Easy to drink, refreshing and filling but it doesn’t leave a great memory.

Can - 500ml. Beautiful golden/orange hazy body with a thick, white foamy head. Well balanced malty/hoppy aroma with grainy and yeasty hints. Taste carries is very similar to the aroma. It could be a bit tastier. Ends with a decent bittersweet finish. Good basic Hefeweizen.

Nisan zadovoljan. Slabog okusa, dosta vodenjasto i gotovo prozirne boje sto mi je netipično za pšenično........

Good Weiss. Nice hazy color with a big foamy head and spicy sweet aroma. Nice spicy, slightly bitter flavor too. Full bodied and smooth with a nice finish

OK, this was from a bottle I got in a Kuala Lumpur supermarket. Must have been rather old, as the beer was copper dark, with hardly any hint of banana or cloves. This was sweet, mellow, with more of a brettanomyces taste and aroma. Nice, but not sure it’s the original character of this beer.

Keg at Holborn Whippet. Nice, classic hefeweizen. All the right yeasty, banana, cake. Yum.
