Aroma: Very gummy and yeasty overall; some clove and only a touch of banana. Actually, some light, but not negligible, noble hop presence, which is unique among Hefeweizens for me. Appearance: Beautiful honey gold body that is mostly hazy; the head is off-white and sat upon the liquid with a still creaminess. Flavor: Mostly matches the nose, but without so much banana. Still very yeasty, but not at all sweet, and really dials back the clove as well, but allows for some citrus. There is some noteworthy noble hop presence towards the finish without being bitter; the dryness persists but never becomes secco. Palate: Magical. Fluffy and light, nearly like drinking air. Light body, sticky texture, effervescent carbonation, slightly medicinal finish. Overall: Really fascinating Hefeweizen, but I must admit I missed some of the sweet, juicy fruits of other versions. Maybe Im just too white trash for this very classy beer.

Turbid brown color, aroma of banana and bread predominating. Also feels clove on the palate. Good weizen!

Hazy dark orange color, big white head. Aroma of wheat, malt, banana and spices. Taste has wheat, citrus, cloves, apples - dry sweet with gently bitter finish and spicy aftertaste. Light to medium body, fizzy carbonation. Quite decent wheat beer.

Fajny branding, klasyk. Duże wysycenie, bujna piana. To lubię.

50 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere.
Pours cloudy orange colour with medium head. Aroma of lightly sour apricot which reminds me of saisons, light caramel, grass, wheat and distant notes of banana. Flavour of apricot and wheat. Medium-bodied, medium co2. Well balanced and surprisingly refreshing.

Hazy, reddish orange colour. Thick, creamy head. Mellow, round wheat aroma. Somewhat spicy, slightly peppery yeastiness with nice peachy frutiness, bubblegum and banana, some cloves. Slightly berryish finish with a hint of cherries. Medium sweet flavor, a hint of bitterness in the finish. Medium body, round and velvety texture. Great weizen.

Bottle: Nice solid hefe weizen, very well crafted and balanced. Full malty / wheat body with not-too-sweet fruity taste. Banana, vanilla, dough. Food Pairing: Weisswurst.
