On cask at Cask Days 2011 at Hart House, served in an English pint glass. Pours hazy orange-golden with a frothy, white head. The head remains and leaves a moderate amount of lace. On the nose, there are notes of grapefruit and sharp pine, along with pale malts, biscuit, grain and a hint of spice. The flavour is moderately bitter throughout with intense grapefruit. Notes of pine enter towards the finish, which is moderately bitter. On the palate, it is medium in body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall, this is a nice sharp bitter IPA with grapefruit and some flowers. A very nice brew to kick off the festival! 2011-10-30 Radek Kliber (7546) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - NOV 3, 2011

Appearance hazed golden ale with medium plus bright top.3+
Flavor and Palate : Frontal citrus-leafy bitterness, green bitter grape, grapefruit, tart follow-up. Crisp, bold strong IPA. One sided yet very well crafted.
cask days 2011, cereal & grainy notes, citrus driven leafy hop bitterness. Floral hop flavor to go with citrus hops & somewhat sweet malt backbone. Nice IPA JoeMcPhee (10269) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 31, 2011
Pale golden pour. Cask. The aroma has a lot of lemon peel and some bright herbal hoppiness. Lots of dry hop character and a heavy hop bitterness. A little bit oily and resiny. Very tasty stuff. Sammy (13348) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 31, 2011
Cask Days 2011, hop aromas attrative. Appearance above average for a cask lots of bubbles on a golden body. A good bitterness and decent drinkability. Nice cask.

2011-10-30. Lightly hazy golden body, small frothy white head. 3+ Modest hoppy aroma has a light leafy character, and a modest citrus melange. 7+ Flaovur is similar, modest green leafy hops are pleasant, modest bitterness throughout, lemon and grapefruit seed in the finish. Average palate. Enjoyable, quite drinkable but I’d like it even more with a bit more of the citrus. Cask Days 2011, Toronto garthicus (2984) - Dublin, IRELAND - OCT 30, 2011
Cask. Appearance: cloudy orange, small white head. Aroma: citrus, mildly malty, pine hops, slightly creamy. Flavour: Initially a good lemon and pine bite mellowing out to an almost catty Flavour. Long bitter finish. Nice. lefossoyeur (615) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 29, 2011
Hazy golden topped by a generous white head. Looking good! Intense citrussy-fruity aromas, a touch piney. Medium body, aggressive bitterness, chewy, medium-high Co2, lingering bitter and citrus finish. A good IPA but not the most drinkable. It totally saturates the palate after half a pint. Not the most balanced but a good hop head juice. SCP (53) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 21, 2011
Wow! Typical aroma from American IPA. Average bitterness and sugary. I would have take it dryer but it is the finest exemple of that style in Quebec. yespr (49887) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - OCT 21, 2011
