Growler de la brasserie 8.2%. a sent le bon pain frais sorti du four avec des notes de mangue, de clou de girofle, de brioche la cannelle. Un soupon dalcool se dgage aprs plusieurs tournis, accompagn de quelques nuances florales. Un petit col de mousse effervescent qui disparat assez rapidement laissant le liquide dor / ambr apparatre dans sa quasi limpidit. Crales, pain frais et miel simposent lentre de bouche. La chaleur dalcool est juste bien dose. Des houblons lgrement herbacs et floraux viennent rehausser cette palette dj trs labore. Leffervescence mapparat plutt modre, mais il sest pass une semaine depuis sa mise en cruchon. Savoureuse et complexe, cette triple ma assez sduit.

Draft. Slightly hazy orange with small white head. Aroma of citrus and yeast. Taste is sweet, acidic and a bit bitter; altough a bit unbalanced.

[Draught at the brewpub, Sep.21] Pours a murky yellow-orange with a small semi-lasting frothy white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and herbal along with some alcohol, light hops and a hint of bubblegum. Flavour of yeast, herbs and fruit first followed by some hops and more herbs in the finish. Medium bodied. Good version of the style.

Zoot a cloudy light gold with a filmy off-white head. A fruity bready light malt aroma. The taste is soft, easy drinking sugary biscuity wheaty light malts with a dash of citrus. --- this must be a summer wheat version this wasnt an abbey triple...

Pours a rich golden color with traces of eggshell suds. Nose is sweet toffee, grass and some spicy yeast hints. Flavor follows with very low carbonation causing the sticky sweetness to over power and yeast profile.

Blonde fruite et mi-paisse avec une petite mousse blanche en surface ; assez malte, plus que levure du moins. En bouche, gomme balloune, malts effectivement prsents, houblons absents. Une tripel honnte, mais qui prsente de petites caractristiques agaantes. Agrable sans plus.

En fût à la brasserie. Blonde voilée. Nez d'épice. De levure. Biscuit. Gingembre. Bouche: très très sucré. Très épicé (semble un ajout et non phénolique). Fruité. Ananas à fond. Le biscuit au gingembre revient. Coriandre. Céréale. Peu d'amertume (quelques traces en finale). Oignon charcuterie (et oui). Origan. Très spéciale. Vraiment pas mauvais mais je n'aurais pas dit tripel.
