Tap. Medium airy short lasting head. Clear amber colour. Aroma mostly of caramel, notes of hops. Taste medium sweet, touch of citric sourness. The finish turns into medium bitter. ClubGonzo (5668) - Bergen, NORWAY - APR 26, 2014
Bottle @ hotel room in Prague. Pours a clear bronze brown body with a medium creamy off-white head. Great looks on this one. Aroma is caramel, raisins, mild nuts and hints of grains. Taste is caramel, bread, nuts, grains and hints of bitter herbs and straw. Light to medium body, medium carbonation. A very solid and super-drinkable Czech dunkel. Poured a dark brown-red colour with a medium sized beige head that went away slowly. Grainy nose, notes of caramel and raisins. The taste isn’t far off, being grainy, caramelly and sweetish... dark malts. Not all that hoppy...almost at all. Says it’s brewed with some herbs but there’s nothing that would reveal their presence except (in my mind) maybe for a vague, just kinda herbal chalkiness. It’s still a good dunkel or vienna, not too sweet.
Deep amber colour with fairly big off white head. Malty aroma with caramel sweetness. Flavor has a lot of caramel sweetness and a hoppy bitter finish. MarcoDL (4808) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 23, 2013
Czech beer that actually has some flavor. It’s a bit bitter, malty and a bit hoppy. The yeast is present as well. Decent.

0.5 L bottle from Pivovarsky Klub, Praha. Two fingers of dense, yellow shaded, blond head. Body is sparkling, bright ruby brown. Moderate aroma of dryish, lightly toasted malts. Some dusty and metallic hops. Taste is medium sweet, light malty, with a slight astringent accent, apperantly from the herbs added. A faint sourness and some noticable bittering hops underneath. Light to medium body strenght. Lively mouthfeel. Dryish, herbal, mild hop bitter ending. RichardGretton (4755) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - FEB 5, 2017
Bottle. Reddish bronze coloured beer with a strong head. The aroma is lightly roasted and malty, and the flavour is gently malty with reasonable bitterness and roastedness. Overall a nice mixture of sweet and bitter beer.

(Bottled) Clear, reddish amber color with almost no head. Somewhat stuffy, herby aroma with dark fruit hints. Sweet, caramely-malty, slightly roasty flavor with cherries and ashiness. Light to medium-bodied, a bit thin, quite low-carbonated palate. A bit strange brew, but not very interesting. Grzesiek79 (4274) - Radom, POLAND - DEC 18, 2012
Dość dobre piwo treściwe i mocno słodowe. Mało goryczki, bąbelki i gaz trochę utrudniają degustację, ale warto pokosztować to wiedeńskie w stylu piwo pochodzące z Czech shoulderbroken (4255) - Tokyo, JAPAN - AUG 12, 2013
