A local infusion of flavor - Bent Paddle Black combined with Duluth Coffee Company’s cold-press cofffee. Smoother than campfire coffee without the mess of the grounds.

St Paul, Mn - The Wine Thief & Ale Jail - 12 oz can. Pitch black pour, sticky, mocha colored head that leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma has some nice chocolate accents and a touch of bitter chocolate. Rich flavor that matches the aroma with the coffee and chocolate notes. Hints of marshmallows and licorice in the back end. Thick enough mouthfeel.

Poured a medium brown with a beige head. Aroma was of cold. Tewed coffee and loght chocolate. Flacor similar, underlying beer seems a little hollow and lost, but overall decent.

Black with a light brown head. Nutty coffee, roasted malt, malt powder, unsweetened chocolate and slight alcohol aroma. Light malty sweetness followed by a medium coffee bitterness. Heavy body with an oily feel.

I am not a huge coffee ale drinker, but this is a top notch coffee beer

Taste is a little bland. Not much going on. Beautiful looking brand beer. Dark color with a beautiful tan head. Not much coffee taste.
