Cold from the bottle. Taste, notable carbonation turns to a light caramel and just a hint of fruity hops-light plum. Finish is slightly sweet with lingering plum. A very crisp refreshing ale would pair well with BBQ, a bologna sandwich or any other out door orientated summer meal. Interesting ale.

Taste: subtle sweet caramel malt. nut bread notes. grainy nose. Bright gold, clear, average head with some lace. Lite body. thin like a "Boating beer" at 3.6% ABV.

My first try out of a beer club delivery. I do not think a blonde ale is high on my list to buy but let’s give it a shot. Actually it pours nicely, a straw yellow with a bubbly white foam that recedes promptly but does leave a nice lace on the glass. I scent hay and not much more. The taste is a little citrus and then some grain. Palate is decently all right with a small bitterness lingering for awhile as a finish. Nothing wow, not expected. This is more a summer drink ice cold after mowing the yard.

Bottle from hayduke. Pours hazy blonde with a decent white head and a floral aroma. There is a slghtly sour pale malt flavor with a dry finish. May have gone bad.

I think this is the first brown bottle US craft beer I’ve ever gotten that’s been skunked. It is very mild but on cracking this bottle, it was unmistakable in the initial wafts. It dissipates quickly though and this is a fine beer regardless. It’s pale golen w/ a small head. It’s got a mild floral hop character and a bit of bready malt to it. It’s light but not watery w/ crisp carbonation and very drinkable.

Aroma - bready malt nose, slight spice, and some light earthy hops. Appearance - the body is a hazy pale yellow, with abundant nucleation. The head is white and about 1 3/4", and fades into a 1/4" of foam. Taste - spiced wheat and some very light earthy hops. Palate - medium body, average carbonation, and tannic finish.

Not awful but really nothing here. Slightly malty but really thin on flavors. Slight roasted malt aroma and flavors. Had out of a bottle courtesy of Kaser.
