Dark dark brown, with a small brown head. Malty caramelly aroma. Taste is sweet, with taste of walnuts, chocolate, caramel and alcohol. I’m impressed. One of the best christmasbeers I’ve had.

Bottled. Thanks to Nisse666.
Nice appearance - dark brown with light brown head. In both nose and flavor we have a very smooth, rich and light chocolatey maltiness with a light suggestion of "sour" like old ales were in the old days. I find the chocolate to be a bit too much, but otherwise this is an excellent beer, if not typical old ale.

AnG_BrgNor (814) - Bergen, NORWAY - JAN 3, 2017
Flaske.
