Bottled. A dark brown beer with a thin lazing thin tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, nuts, roasted malt, and a bit of phenol, leading to a dry roasted finish. MiP (15650) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - FEB 19, 2010
Bottle, 4.7%. Good sweet liquorice aroma, also some raw liquorice. Seemingly clear dark brown colour. Small stable light brown head. The flavour has the same liquorice and some roasted coffee. Good, especially for the ABV. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 19, 2010
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours dark brown with a tint of orange and a beige head. Dry hard roasted malt in the nose with a little vanilla. Medium body, almost ashy burned malts. Very burned malt bitterness. A little crude. 190210 fonefan (48708) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JAN 6, 2010

Clear dark red brown color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, light coffee and burnt malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy chocolate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Clear black with brown edges. Large rocky light brown head that slowly diminishes. Good lacing. Aroma of fresh wood, roasted malt. Taste is acidic, sweet and a bitter finish. Ligh to medium body. Dry. Not that interesting, 330 ml bottle.

Bitter and light hoppy herbal hops profile. Roasted malty and light chocolate flavoured finish. jmdahle (2) - NORWAY - OCT 4, 2009 does not count
A superb stout, well balanced and with a lingering aftertaste without being overwhelming on the palate. thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 20, 2009
Bottle at Henriks Øl og Vinstove, Bergen. Almost black with a creamy beige head. Sweet molasses aroma, hints of roast. Semi-sweet, good roast. Not bad, but more milk stout character than dry stout in my opinion. rickgordon (3874) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 10, 2009
Bottled. Thanks Sigmund.
Almost black colour, with a steady, creamy head. The aromas from dark malts, that are almost non-existing, are overpowered by milk. Not much toast here. In flavour, same problem. Feels very light in roastiness, and the milkiness is very present, almost acidic. Mouthfeel feels like it’s been diluted. Bitterness is very low. Naaah....
