Bottle. Light malt and citrus hops aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Stale barley malt and light citrus hops flavor. An ale that tastes like a pale lager.

Pint can: Pours slightly cloudy gold with a tall, craggy , off-white head. Scent is almost non-existent.....a little grass, a bit of malt and grain. Taste is......well....like soap-rinsed-grain. Rather metallic.....not enjoyable at all.

Hazed golden color with a tallish white head. Decent lace. Pale grains and floral hops along with some resin candi scents. Tinny feel, I some how feel like I have a piece of metal in my mouth. Some wheat and grain flavors. Just not clean tasting to me. 5/11

This stuff comes in sixteen ounce cans that have a description on the side w/ just a touch of ESL flavor. Its a cloudy brew w/ a very long lasting head of fine bubbles. To be honest, it looks completely delicious. The nose is mildly fruity and its overall a light and drinkable beer. There is a light, buttery touch of diacetyl which is actually not entirely unpleasant and meshes somewhatl w/ the mild carbonation and creamy texture. I could see this getting cloying if you let it warm to much but its drinkable enough that is just not gonna happen to much. Any sweetness is balanced by moderate hop bitterness in the finish. This is a pretty decent brew which achieves its intended purpose, I think. Still, if you want something like this around here, you are better of sticking w/ Half Acre Gossamer or Goose Island 312.

16 oz. can poured to a sampler glass at a local tasting benefit at 20West Liquors in Lombard, IL. Showed an orange/amber color, with plenty of off white, creamy foam, and waves of lacing. Medium bodied, and moderately bitter, but the nose lost my interest from the start with too much dank, mealy grain, and some stale, yeasty notes. A subtle sweetness only slightly softened my attitude.

16oz can 11/10/11 (Binnys Downers Grove)-46 in Lager Glass-Pours a slightly hazy orangish golden with a two finger white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, and malt. Taste of hops, malt, citus, grass, and grains. This medium bodied brew is not bad. I was expecting worse but a rather hot summer kinda day brew.

Can. Metallic grainy malt aroma. Hazy golden with a medium soapy off-white head. Just like is smells, metallic grainy malt flavor and a little grassy hops. LIght carbonated body. Blech.

16oz can from Armanettis. Pours a cloudy, orange-yellow colored body with a finger-width, foamy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a light lacing. Aroma is sweet pale malts, grain, and a touch of caramel with a very light floral and grass. Flavor is similar. Sweet pale malts up front with some grainy bread and a light caramel. A light grass and some floral fruits before this finishes a bit cloyingly sweet with a touch of bitterness. Short aftertaste following a light body and a medium-light, bubbly carbonation. Overall, a pretty weak APA. Not out of balance, but a bit cloying in the finish with barely enough of a hopping. Eh...

From notes. 16oz can from Old Chicago poured into a shaker. Pours a cloudy pale yellow. Not much head to speak of but what little is there is bright white. Smells very malty. Slight scent of yellow citrus fruits and lemonade. Taste is medium sweet and lightly bitter. Like a slightly bitter lemonade. Medium bodied with a thin texture. Very soft carbonation. This was an ok beer. Nothing I would need to buy again or drink more than 1 of, but overall its not really that bad.

16 oz can thanks to 17thfloor for sharing!? Pours a light orange color with a small white head. Aroma is very stange, old candy caramel notes, medicine, odd hops, a bit grassy. Flavor has a weird soapy metallic character that really is pretty nasty. Compound that with the sweet cloying candy notes and slightly bitter hops. Light to medium body and a sharp carbonation. Not sure if its just a bad beer or a bad batch or what, but this is something awful.
