Light in appearnace and aroma. Surprisingly, not very wheaty in taste, and barely reminiscent of any other Belgian wit Iíve had. Really seems like an above-average lager. Skyview (5942) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - DEC 27, 2007
Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from Flanaganís Liquors in Appleton, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden pale brew with a thin white head that quickly dissipates to a fine film and thin white ring. Aroma of light bready malt, a touch of banana, oranges and some dry yeast. Taste is light to medium bodied, well carbonated with flavors of multi-grain malt, some orange zest and earthy spices. Finish is slightly sweet with a light orange zest aftertaste that quickly disappears. ganache (5855) - New Jersey, USA - MAY 31, 2007
Bottle. Aroma is a bit grainy and has an overdone amount of coriander. Sickly pale yellow body with a short white head. Crisp and lemony taste, smooth and yeasty with a grainy, biscuity aftertaste. A good deal of malt and a creamy, medium body. One-dimensional but still enjoyable - the surviving favorable wit character does win out over the stale Berghoff mainstays. Easily the best of the eight brands Iíve had from this brewer. Cornfield (5570) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - OCT 5, 2004
UPDATED: OCT 13, 2004 A disappointment. This poured an orange/amber color with the faintest trace of a white head. It smells like oranges and grass. Itís a thick drink that tastes mainly like weakly carbonated orange soda. What am I to do with the other five bottles? BŁckDich (5464) - McCall, Idaho, USA - DEC 12, 2006
Bottle: Pours a hazy yellow blond color, thick white head with stick lacing. Nose of very light orange and coriander, some really pale malts and needs some wheat. A bit too much like mandarin extract with the coriander notes. The flavor isnít bad, a bit lacking in body. I like the sticky starches from some wheat to be sticking to my lips. Finishes average. Surprising for Huber.

This wit pours a light orange gold color from a 120z bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is lightly malty, citrusy (orange and lemons) and a touch grassy. A light to medium bodied wit. Malts are grassy and citrusy. Hops are slightly spicy. Spices are mild; coriander and orange peel predominating. Light and refreshing. Crisp and clean but a little watery. Nice lawnmower beer. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly citrusy. heemer77 (5355) - Urbandale, Iowa, USA - JUL 19, 2005
Cloudy, light gold colored body. The aroma is over ripe oranges and some light clove. There is also a hint of banana and perfume. The taste has some light oranges and a tiny bit of corriander spice. A little to much citrus, even for the style. Otherwise, an alright beer. hotstuff (5144) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - JAN 10, 2005
Bottle. Very small white head that quickly dissipated, sparse lacing, fine-medium sized bubbles, carbonated, transparent, and a straw yellow hue. Malty and fruity aroma. Flavor was sweet and malty and rather boring and bland. Tingly and somewhat dry mouthfeel. Light body. Unimpressive and not recommended. badgerben (5124) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - APR 30, 2005
Clear gold color with no head. The aroma and taste are pretty much the same: slight hint of lemon with a bit of pine at the end. muzzlehatch (4952) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 16, 2005
12 oz bottle from Woodmans in Beloit, WI. Golden body, slightly hazy, little head...light lemon-sour nose with little spice or malt evident...sour fairly full body, touch citrusy, no yeasty character apparent...bland watery finish.
