Light fruit and yeast aroma. Head is gone before you know it. Slight chill haze orange-yellow. Crisp, lightly tart. Watery. ChainGangGuy (4894) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - AUG 22, 2007
Appearance: Pours a slight hazy, pale yellow body with a thin white head.
Smell: Mild aroma of pale malts, coriander, and orange peel.
Taste: Thin, sweet wheat flavor with the citrus peel providing some fruitiness. Distant note of coriander. Very, very light bitterness on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Refreshing, sure, but not too terribly complex or unique. rondphoto (4439) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - MAR 19, 2012
Wow...quite surprising in it’s lack of....everything. Dark golden with little head and lace. The flavor is light orange and malt with no bittering. Very plain and very boring. I hoped for better. thegreenrooster (4396) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - SEP 10, 2004
Pours a nice orange/yellow. That’s where all things good with this one end. Aroma is horrible, very gasoline like. Flavor is oranges and not in a good way. Kinda like orange soda, very artificial tasting. Not good. tmoreau (4365) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - JUL 29, 2009
On tap At Otto’s Bar and Grill in Lombard, IL. Pint served a hazy straw hue with dense, white foam and streaky lacing. The aroma was soft grain/wheat, a touch of spice and banana peanuts. The flavor was similar with some creaminess to the tongue, very light, almost watery thin body, a hint of soapiness and a touch of dryness in the finish. Went south after the aroma.

The label of this says "malt beverage with natural flavors." I am not sure if that is the same thing as a really, really awful take on a Belgian pale but that’s basically what this is. It pours cloudy pale and headless, kind of generally gross and lifeless looking, and smells like apple Jolly Ranchers and Juicy Fruity gum. This beer is something of a paradox too in that it some how combines the worst aspects of being oily and flat w/ being watery and having, sharp prickly carbonation. I am not sure I’d ever see a take on a Belgian style worse than Blue Moon but I will be damned if this isn’t a remarkably heinous drinking experience on par w/ any level of horribleness the beer brewing world has to offer. theisti (4126) - Kansas, USA - OCT 9, 2006
UPDATED: AUG 6, 2007 Bottle. Fairly hazy on the pour. A bit of citrus, not terribly complex or full tasting for a wit bier. patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - APR 23, 2007
bottle - Pours clear yellow with a thin head and smells of oranges. The light, sweet flavor has a fair amount of citrus. It’s a little too watery, even for what is typically a light style. Overall it’s alright but quite unimpressive. HonkeyBra (4044) - Lemont, Illinois, USA - SEP 20, 2008
One of the worst drainpours I’ve ever experienced. Fizzy pour of a liquid that is reminiscent of urine. Fake Tang-like orange aroma. Watery, fake orange flavor. Almost like a alka-seltzer. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 13, 2008
Hazy yellow with a medium quickly diminishing white head. Aroma of yeast, orange peel, light coriander, corn and light bubblegum. Taste of yeast, sweet malt, orange and bubblegum. A touch watery but finishes crisp, sort of seems something like a cross between a hefe and a wit bier.
