Zlotta (3817) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - OCT 11, 2016
0.5 l bottle from ’Akzenta’ (Barmen), best before December 2016. Dark, reddish amber with a medium large, dense and slightly creamy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Faint, sweetish-malty and a bit fruity aroma of caramel, red fruits, nuts and some bread. Sweetish-malty, a little fruity taste of caramel, nuts, red fruits, some bread and hints of chocolate, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit metallic finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not very deep, but quite tasty and quaffable. Nice!

3.5
ThirstyBird (2997) - Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 29, 2016
Thanks to erzendel for the bottle! Pours a clear deep amber with a very light tan head. The smell is roasted malt, molasses, fruit. The taste is rich malt, caramel, fruit, dry end. The body is light+ with mild carbonation.

2.2
fst0912 (73) - GERMANY - AUG 18, 2016
Vom Fass Landhaus Pfaffenberg in Solingen, klares Braun, leichtes Malzaroma, Hopfen nicht wahrnehmbar, süffig aber wenig nachhaltig, ein wenig langweilig

2.9
lebermilz (298) - GERMANY - MAR 26, 2016
Amber brown, dense, not very persistant head. Malty. Malty, sweet, not very bitter. Could be good with spicy food. OK, but boring.

2.9
Mr_Pink_152 (5541) - Lincoln, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - DEC 20, 2015

Salwal (486) - GERMANY - MAY 31, 2015
From the bottle, pours bldark Brown beer with stable beige head. Nose is slightly metallic and hints of malts not much more. Taste is dark fruits in the foreground but then some unpleasent metallic taste that is highly reaidual. bitter finish highly astringent...

3.3
Nocturne (1992) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAY 14, 2015
Keg at Piccadilly Tap, Manchester. Dark ruby shade with a short head. Smells malty but a bit generically so. Taste is more interesting. Earthy malts, cocoa dust, lightly fruity with red grape and strawberry hints. Malt sweetness. Pleasant stuff.
