A light colored, medium bodied, full flavored American style Ale. Steel Rail E.P.A. is our flagship product that has a full malt flavor and is balanced with a pronounced hop flavor and bitterness.

Bomber. Pours slightly hazy golden/yellow with a thick white head that fades quickly. Light aroma citrus with light coffee notes. Flavor citrus with slightly carbonated and light body. Not my fav type of beer. Finish is long and smooth but otherwise eaves little to remember it by.

Similar to a euro lager but not in a good way. Bland taste, off-putting smell. Would not recommend

22oz bottle 11/101/6 (Kappys-Medford)-38 in Shaker-Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of hops and malt. Taste of the same with a bit of dryness and not much hops. This light bodied brew is not very hoppy or tasty.

Bottle dull hazy light amber. Brief of white head quickly fading to a thin skin. Moderate toasted malt flavors. Some bitterness but not really hoppy. Late metallic bite. Not very good.

Can. Hazy bright yellow with a big fluffy head. Aroma is Pilsner malt and corn. Light and crisp feel. Taste like flavored seltzer. Very bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Got a 6-pack of this in October on a white water rafting trip with Erica, Alice, Ian. Finishing up the last one today (tells you what I thought of it?). Smells metalic which might be either in my mind due to the name or b/c it came from a can. Kind of chewy and bready; malt-forward yet somehow still bitter. Dont like that combo. Not a fan of the style or this take on it.

If this is your flagship beer........you have some work to do. Very disappointed . Was recommended by some locals while in Massachusetts. Enough said.

Draft. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, grain, AMD straw, leading to a bitter finish.

22oz from wegmans. The appearance is very white. Lots of carbonation. This smells not great . Someone here said "smells like the train at 3am." Budwiser and urine. The taste is indifferent. Totally indifferent. Rice and water. The mouthfeel is fine. So thats good.

APPEARANCE super light golden color. Very white head dissipates quickly, but laces glass nicely. NOSE ever so slight hop spiciness (grassy). FLAVOR very light indeed. Refreshing on a hot day, but not a lot of interesting flavor to it. NOTES Good replacement for a macrobrew if you want to support the local economy, or get your friend off MCB.
