But it is way too high carbonated; only the sugar tastes can get through that and the experience gets spoiled. Too bad, maybe it´s better von vass? A terrific bock on an chilly November's eve, perfect to conclude the long Thanksgiving weekend. Post-gluttony. Post-turkey. Post-family. I was served this on tap in a tall, thin .5 litre beer mug. Deep, intense mahogany with slight head. Taste of caramel, honey, everso slightly salty yet smooth. Almost a root beerish flavoring. Coats the palate thoroughly.
