Quack-Duck (9540) - Down South, - SEP 16, 2012
bottle from pivnizub! Clear golden colour, mid-sized white head. Malty, slightly hoppy. Quite mild.

The_Osprey (9698) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 21, 2017
November 2017 - Tasting in Hackney. Bottle shared with big thanks to Fergus. As 'Berliner Kindl Buden Bock Hell', 7.0%. Pours a dark golden orange, still and clear with a foamy off-white head that leaves dotted lacing. Aroma is apple, biscuity, corn, a touch of paint and nail varnish. Body is smooth with soft to tingly carbonation. Taste is sugary, biscuit malts, quite boozy seeming for the moderate ABV, sawdust, touch of paint. Malt character is outshone by the alcohol. A bit rough. (4-4-4-3-11=2.6)

Scopey (16273) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 23, 2017
Bottle at LKS. It pours clear golden - amber with a small white head. The aroma is hooker perfume, paint, oily, grainy, buttered white bread, toffee and popcorn. The taste is drying, hot, oily, paper, perfumed, pear, apple, melon, wet grass, damp leaves, honey and cheap white bread. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty hot and sweet. Pretty poor.

Leighton (22819) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 23, 2017
Bottle shared in Hackney - many thanks to Fergus. Pours clear, bright honey-gold with a creamy, white head. Papery notes in the nose, dried grains, cereal. Light-medium sweet flavour with crispy grains, biscuits, a little hay, toasted caramel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more grains, pale bread, dry and crispy cereal, hints of alcohol warmth. Not bad.

BlackHaddock (7957) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - SEP 20, 2017
500ml bottle from Beers of Europe: BBE Feb 2018. Poured into an old (pre 1989) Schultheiss glass (0.5 litre sleeve) at home on 20th Sep 2017 during a live random tasting session with myself, while on a virtual bar thread in the UK Forum. Clear golden body, pure white crown on top. Light malty aroma, sugary almost, sweet anyway (I know you can't really smell sweetness), slightly honey like. The taste is also sweet, my sweet tooth liking it, my true palate not so sure. A small packet of 'Twiglets' and some Brie saved the day and I ended up really enjoying this fairly one dimensional sweet beer.

inbirraveritas (1622) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 6, 2017
Bottled, 0.5 l. Clear deep golden colour, medium sized white head. Somewhat bready, fruity nose. Malty aroma ruled by bread, hay and alcohol, taste brings sugar and fruity accents, mouthfeel is slick. Warming, malty, mild herbal hoppy finish...

DanielBrown (4563) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - AUG 9, 2017
Bottle from Edeka, Friedrichstrasse station. This was a big success in my household and in my mind. Sweet, clean, gently urging honey booze hit, which grows and spreads. Supplied the relaxing embrocation I needed.

BeardedAvenger (1275) - Addlestone, Surrey, ENGLAND - MAR 4, 2017
Bottle from Beers of Europe. Saccharine sweet aroma. Bright amber. No head. Visibly bubbly. Yuck! Initially got the honey syrupy sweetness. Then a more sour taste enters the fray, a sort of chemical sweetener gone wrong. The ABV comes through. Light bodied. Oily. Lively carbonation. Poured it away after a few mouthfulls.

kto (1699) - SWITZERLAND - MAY 21, 2016
0.5l bottle from kaisers in charlottenburg.
pours a clear golden with a small white head and little lacing. aroma of sweet malts, honey, hay. flavour of honey, hay, grains, almonds. sweetish, alcoholic, but drinkable.

Moravius (1516) - Berlin, GERMANY - FEB 13, 2016
Flasche (50 cl) aus einem Kaiser’s-Supermarkt, Berlin. - Helles Goldbraun, klar.
