   AROMA 7/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 6/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 13/20
Jonb5 (545) - Greater London, - OCT 23, 2012
Pale golden colour, clear, large thick head, decent retention. Aroma was mainly Hallertau hop. Tasted an initial malty sweetness but the finish was very dry in the style of a north German Pils. Texture was on the thick side, not too much carbonation, went a bit flat, smooth enough. Drinkable enough, but not one to remember.

50cl bottle. From Alko. Poured golden color with a thick white head. Aroma has gains, hay and earthy notes. Very light overall. Mild sweetness, gains and hay in flavor. Drinks well, but surprisingly light.

2.9
TBone (17442) - Pori, FINLAND - JUN 3, 2017
Bottled 500ml (Alko Pori Keskusta)
Clear golden color, small white head. Aroma is grassy and grainy. Light to medium-bodied. Malty front. Then grassy, herbal hoppyness and some sweetness. Lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Clean, classic German pils.

Jultsu (946) - TAMPERE, FINLAND - MAY 28, 2017
Hanasta Berliinissä, iso tuuhea vaahto, kristallinkirkas kuulas väri, suutuntuma hapokas, raikas, mausteisa, lievän leväisä, mukava.

2.4
nathanvc (449) - Brugge, BELGIUM - MAY 27, 2017
On tap at Alt-Berliner Wirtshaus, Berlin. Pours very clear light yellow with a minimal white head. The aroma has bread, hops, yeast and malt. Light bitter onset, then light sweet, finishing light bitter with hints of bread. Fizzy carbonation, watery texture and thin body. I’d take a Krombacher Pils anytime over this.

mariuszek (1361) - Gdynia, POLAND - MAY 13, 2017
Not bad pilsener. Herbal and a bit grainy hoppy aroma and taste. Crisp. More or less what I ’d expect from German pils bought on a gas station

RexTalionis (3731) - FINLAND - APR 22, 2017
Bottle. Clear golden in color with a white head. Grainy and bit of sweet notes in aroma. Grainyness, some sweetness and mild bitterness in taste.

JuancaMadi (21) - Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, GERMANY - APR 17, 2017
33cl bottle. Not a good gas proportion, the aroma is neutral and the taste is soft.

2.8
thellgren (1030) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 14, 2017
0.5 l bottle from Alko Arkadia, Helsinki. Appearance is pale yellow, clear and with a nice head. Aroma has Pilsener malts. Taste has the malts too, but balanced with bitter hops not to make this too sweet. Well, looks like a pale or premium lager, but taste is better.

2.7
blackbock (132) - Shoalhaven NSW, AUSTRALIA - MAR 24, 2017
(Bottle) Unable to assess colour as drank directly from bottle. Minimal sudsy head. Low hop aroma. Medium bitterness with a dull aftertaste. Not very nice.

3.4
vinivini (2264) - Gomel, BELARUS - MAR 24, 2017
Clear golden pour with big frothy white head. Grainy nose with a hint of hops. Light to medium body. Clean bittersweet taste. Grains and spicy hops. Medium bitterness. Pleasant
