En bouteille. Couleur brune rougeâtre. Arôme de malt torréfié, sucre d’orge. En bouche c’est trčs malté, crispy avec une fin de bouche étonnamment caféiné. Le niveau d’amertume est vraiment déconcertant.

Draught at Praga, Szekesfehervar. 50 cl served in a dimpled mug. Dark amber colour with a fluffy, off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, butterscotch, grasses, milk chocolate and lightly toasted notes. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with caramel malts and toasted notes. Excellent Tmavý, drinkablility is so high.

Flip top bottle, at Cafe Paris, in Prague. I liked this beer, and it has nothing to do with the fact that it is also my family name. Dark brown, almost black, much more solid than most Dunkeln. Brown head, a bit too bubbly. Nice aroma and flavours of chocolates, roast malts, sweet nuts, ashes and molasses. Medium body, super well-crafted and round on the mouth, comes down very easy. It is an amazing alternative to the sharp grassiness of the good local Pilsners.

50cl bb07/2016, merci idiosynkrasie, I believe... - Blackish brown translucent pour, ruby edges. Sweetish fruity roast smell, liquorice cherry cola. Well-balanced sweetness of the nutty roast, a very pleasant hop spice and cola in the back. Earthy, wet pasture and cow stable elements afar.
