Dark copper body, filtered, and a kaki head. Toast, sour cream, dried fruit and factory malts. Interesting taste, with good short bitterness among a light acidity. Obviously light, watery bodied but with enough flavour. Drinkable medium carbonation. Not bad at all, interesting drink. (50cl bottle)

Very dark colour, dark reddish foam. Strong sour smell. Strong sour taste on tongue, leaves roasty taste afterwards. Weird, but very good and refreshing.

Medium carbonation, medium body, short finish. Dark with red glimmer, thin brown rapidly falling head. Aroma a little bit metalic, malty, dark cocoa, prune, caramel. Taste: malts, hoppy (grassy, earthy) dry, a pinch of nuts.

500ml bottle. Caramel aromas. Pours dark brown, cloudy, with some vanishing tan head. Light body and average carbonation. Taste is sweet caramel, some mild bitterness, watered down. Long sweet aftertaste. Average dunkel, nothing remarkable.

Barva: černá s lehkým čerbeným nádechem. Pěna: vysoká, středně hustá držící. Vůně: karamelovo-kávová. Chuť: plné pivo s vyváženou sladovo-chmelovou chutí, středně hořké, s dlouhým chmelovým dozvukem a lehkou kávovou stopou.

kingstoni (2120) - FINLAND - AUG 1, 2012
Bottle. Very dark color, near black with a medium beige head. Dry aroma of roasted caramel and liqourice. Dry metallic taste of roasted malt and coffee. Slightly bitter finish. There’s no doubt about its high quality but for a Dunkel it tastes a lot like a Schwarzbier and vice versa.

From the bottle. Dark brown with biege head. Gently sweet aroma. Taste is lightly sweet, clean, balanced and refreshing. Surprisingly good mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Quite good. What a dunkel ought to taste like.

Beautiful dark beer with little white head. It has toasted mouthfeel and some sweetness and at the end bitterness. It’s very refreshing.

Gurthnar (5904) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - JUL 3, 2012
Bottle. Medium beige head. Clear dark ruby colour. Aroma roasted malt, coffee, minor caramel. Taste is medium bitter, light to medium sweet, good balance. Soft to medium carbonation. I like the bitterness in this beer. Harmonic light bitter light sweet finish, rather dry. Excellent dark lager, good drinkability, though the carbonation could get in way in bigger quantities. Draught version recommended, bottle does not disappoint too.
