[ As Bernard Kvasnicový Svetlý Ležák 12° ]. Unclear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, moderate hoppy, green grass. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and yeast as well as light notes of citrus. Draught. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is cooked vegetables, sme diacetyl and slight yeastyness and acidicness. Flavour is quite close to the same, except that the acidicness has been changed to quite sharp grassy notes.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2008 Draught at Soldaten Svejk, Stockholm. Clear golden, rocky head. Oliy orangey nose. Malt sweet and lightly buttery. Oily, minerally and orangey with rounded mouthfeel. GBBF Day 4. Cask. The great Harrisoni/madmitch76 walkabout. Keg. As Bernard Unfiltered 5.0%. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is airy with fine carbonation. Light bready malts, good dose of crisp floralness. Mild citric hop. Softish finish. Pretty easy drinking., very light.
Draft at the Euston Tap. Pours a just slightly hazy golden-yellow with a mild, white head. Crisp, pale malts and light bread in the nose. Great flavor. Toasty bread, light yeast, light caramel, subtly crisp hops. Medium bodied with average to high carbonation. Crisp, lightly earthy bitters in the finish, with more cereal and cracker malts. Nose comprises malt, barley, grain, fairly limited aromas.
Tastes malt forward, barley, light citrus notes, some bread.
Medium bodied with soft prickly carbonation leading to a bitter sharp finish.
