Draught at PåBesök, Malmö
Hazy amber color with creamy head. It has a mild malt and caramel flavor, quite strong bitterness, but also light sourness; it’s probably off.

swing top bottle 330ml. -as Medove pivo z Karlštejna. Courtesy of kajser27, shared with him and Marko. Amber coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, light honey in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, notes of honey and touch of sulphor with sweetish finish. One-dimensional and thin.

Thanks kajser! Medové pivo z Karlštejna 11%, 4.3%. Full amber body, clear, thick white head. Strange aroma, dry fruity touch, honey, vague sulphor, yoghurty grainy maltiness. Dry taste, empty, grainy, bit flowery, if slightly soapy - sweetish, blah finish. Dunno. Empty. Meh. Not terrible, one of the better beers today so far (hah), but the brewery can do better.

Keg at the Brewpub in Beroun Day 4 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 2/10/14. Clear mid copper / amber coloured pour with a lasting cream coloured frothy head. Aroma is jam, biscuity caramel grains. Flavour is composed of caramel, toasted grains, grainy, light metalic in the finish, some jam, pretty clean. Palate is semi-sweet, moderate carbonation, nicely balanced. Lingering toast.

Draught at Pivni Mapa, Prague. Clear amber beer with a decent offwhite head. Malty caramel aroma, bready, toffee, nuts, slightly artificial. Malty caramel flavor, roasted, toffee, some fruits. Not a favorite.

From tap at the brewpub 11.12.14. 4,38 % ABV. Hazy pale brown. Persistent, off-white head. Aroma and and taste of grass, caramel and malt. Similar taste. Reminiscent of a good and malty ESB.
