Draft @ På Besök, Malmö. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a weak roasted malty caramel aroma. Roadted malty grainy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

On tap Hostinec Richtar Jakub. Aroma blue cheese, caramel, roasted. Taste light cheesy, almost medium fruity caramel sweet, medium roasty bitter, chewy coffee. Nice full finish. Probably best from this brewery I had so far.

gunnar (9094) - Sandnes, NORWAY - MAR 19, 2010
On tap @ the brewpub. Pours black like a Coke, with a big off-white head. Caramelly aroma. Taste is full of sweet creme brule, too much for my likings. Almost no bitterness to balance it, makes it difficult to appreciate.

MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JAN 28, 2009
Draught at the brewpub. Weak caramelly aroma. Almost black colour. Nice stable light brown head. Good roasted flavour. A hint of roasted barley. Some caramel. Quite subtle, but good. The mouthfeel is slightly thin, but that is OK for the style, I think. A Schwarzbier in my book.

[bottle] Apple, ethanol, and nuts in the aroma. Murky brown-black with a tan ring. Nice, toasty-roasty biscuit flavour with good hops bitterness that makes it crisp and clean. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, bitter lasts for a bit.

Hazy dark brown with tiny beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and coffee notes. Flavor is sweet and has hints of coffee, caramel roasted malt and chocolate.
