UPDATED: JAN 21, 2012 this was a weird brewery to stumble upon, inside an abandoned factory lot. this tmave was the first beer we tried there and was a real treat to the eyes. pitch black with a lasting head. remarkably well-balanced. very full hops and lasting bitterness comes just at the right time when the full vegemite maltiness threatens to become too much. not far from prague for those considering a beer trip there. re-rate - this has gone way downhill mjs (7685) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 27, 2016
(Keg at the market, 20160614) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had caramel, toasted malts and treacle. Palate was rather full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, treacle, caramel, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, burnt and bitter. A tasty roasty brew. ekstedt (6976) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 3, 2008
From a PET bottle, sampled at a RBESG08 bus trip. Brown with a medium beige head. Chocolate malt aroma with some fudge, liquorice, and dusty hops. Quite dry with moderate bitterness. Gurthnar (6199) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - OCT 8, 2012
On tap Hostinec Richtar Jakub. Aroma blue cheese, caramel, roasted. Taste light cheesy, almost medium fruity caramel sweet, medium roasty bitter, chewy coffee. Nice full finish. Probably best from this brewery I had so far. Marko (6107) - Split / Zagreb, CROATIA - JUL 1, 2008
From a PET bottle shared out by someone in the bus (thanks whoever you were!)

Probably a bit too warm for a fair rating.... Poured a unfiltered darker brown body with an off white head. A roasty, slightly stale nose of coffee. Ok. A light, roasty taste with some nice maltiness, caramel and background hop. A passable dunkel with a damn nice label.
Bottle on the bus of banter. Alround rating: Sweet roasty malts, small cola hints and herbal hop. djoeye (5210) - Tromsø, NORWAY - APR 27, 2017

Aroma; caramel, toffee, chocolate sweets.
Look; beige head, black body.
Taste; dark caramel, nougat, bread, candiced hops, sugar - and sweet chocolate in finish.
Feel; normal body, soft co2.
Overall; soft choco-milk drink.
Very dark brown coloured. Roasty malt aroma. Very sweet and malty flavour. Notes of coffee. rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 12, 2008
Sampled from plastic bottle.
Cloudy dark brown colour. Licorice and rubber in aroma. Medium bodied with light syrupy sweetness. Dark malts are luckily there, with licorice and chocolate, along with dash of rubber. Longlasting flavour. Too sweet for some, but I like.
