Part of the sampler from the brewery just outside of Winters. Pours a copper color. Definitely get the floral hop character. Nice beer.

Draft. No discernable aroma. Thin lace. Flavors of faintly bitter honeydew and milk chocolate. Lawnmower beer. hayduke (5702) - Eureka, California, USA - OCT 1, 2015
Sampled at GABF. In the tasting glass it sits a clear gold. White head. Powerful nose of citrus. Medium plus body. Resinous. Flavor is rich caramel malts with lots of citrus. The finish is nicely bitter. Solid IPA. kespecial (255) - - APR 8, 2015
Pours a cloudy yellow, almost like a wit. Taste, however, is strongly hop driven: pine, lemon. Quite bitter and refreshing. I’d call this an IPA actually, as it lacks any significant malt presence. Moderate abv and very tasty--what more could you want? slowrunner77 (12997) - Reno, Nevada, USA - FEB 9, 2015
UPDATED: MAR 25, 2016 Big fan of Mosaic hops and this was quite fresh - so color me a fan. Lightly dank and tropical fruit forward. Moderate to lightly bitter. jredmond (8770) - New York, New York, USA - OCT 9, 2014
Draft at GABF 2014. Pours a clear amber body with white lacing. Aroma is funky fruit, tropical hop and light pine. Mouthfeel is medium with bright fruity hop at first, followed by tropical fruits, light dank character, fresh pine, citrus and light zest. Really nice.

Growler. Thanks, C! Pours a hazy pale gold with a loose white head. Big sweet appealing floral nose with fresh pine. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Bright, tangy grapefruit from the attack all across the mid-palate. Tastes truly like a glass of fresh grapefruit juice if you’re absent-minded about it. Very nice. Crisp bitey finish. Pours a thin clear straw colored body. oRos (1674) - sacramento, California, USA - AUG 9, 2013
The aroma is honey, floral and pine. Pretty nice.
The taste is a strong grapefruit bitterness from beginning to end.
The texture is thicker with moderate carbonation.
It’s a good and drinkable IPA. Quite nice.
On at capitol beer and taproom. Pours copper with white head. Taste is citrus hops with an orange bitter finish great brew. bhensonb (15843) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 20, 2013
Tap at Capitol Beer. Pours gold with a white head. Strong fruit/citrus aroma. Med body, maybe. Flavor is rather exotic fruit with some definite citrus. It starts bitter and it builds to a quite bitter finish. Not NW harsh, but more like something from New Zealand.
