COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This unfiltered belgian style wheat beer is brewed with special yeast that creates refreshing flavor and texture. Brewed with chamomile, curacao, orange peel and coriander to create a smooth citrus finish. Usaully enjoyed with a slice of lemon.

Draft at the Bethlehem location. Poured a very hazy, bright golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was fruity, orange slice. Flavor was nice wheat, grain, orange citrus notes. I’ll admit it, it was tasty.

Bottle picked up at Bethlehem brew pub. Pourd into pint glass. Faint aroma. Beer is lightly cloudy with a golden color. A soft white head which thins quickly. Taste is light and refreshing. Lightly sweet and faintly bitter. Floral notes. Light citrus. Smooth light finish. Light bodied with light to average carbonation. Overall a solid wit but not really stand out.

Not a bad wit, smooth and flavorful. I prefer how garden style beer that are more spicy and less arrange juicy but still nice.

Draft at the brewpub. I’m usually not a wit fan, but this deserves props for getting it close. Nice head. Classic cream and fruit aroma. Light yet frothy. Fruity drink. Tied for best here. (#5784, 10/7/2014)
