COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Kramah, shows off its hops muscles. We used an insane dose of highly fruity, aromatic hops, which gives the beer a strong aroma of mango, lychee, citruses and a bunch of other tropical fruits. The taste continues along this manner, then the elder components reveal themselves and continue into a bitterness that reminds one of biting into a fresh, juicy grapefruit. A very simple, yet effective combination of malts provides enough support so the bitterness does not rip out your tongue.

Can, 0.33l. Cloudy orange pour with one finger soapy white head. Medium retention, some lacing. Lots of hops on the nose, herbal notes with nice fruitiness going on. Strong malty backbone. Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth palate. Good amount of bitterness in the taste paired up with slight malt sweetness. Nicely balanced aroma. Starts of malty with some caramel notes. Soon afterwards the hops come into play. Herbal, grassy, floral. Nice touch of fruitiness with grapefruit and tropical notes but overall it stays more on the grassy side of things. A bit peppery, somewhat sticky. Drying mouthfeel. Finishes long and bitter with good herbal aftertaste. Overall, quality brew. Refreshingly bitter and quite tasty. Nice one.

330 ml can, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 6.5%. Golden to orange colour, moderate white head. Aroma of piney hops, also spruce and some fruit. Slightly dry and hoppy flavour, refreshing. Piney and grapefruity notes, bitter finish. Good beer.

Tap @ Gulating pub, Stavanger. Slightly unclear golden body with a small, dense, lacing white head. I find the aroma a bit weak for an IPA with malt, citric fruit and grapefruit. Flavor is medium sweet, pale malt, some fruit, grapefruit and moderate bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste in the same direction. A rather average, mild IPA.
