So here it is...Swing Lolita Swing! Our collaboration beer with one of the best and for sure most colourful breweries from Netherlands Oedipus Brewing.🍺We sat together and decided to brew a kinda gose with fruits. For fruits we added passion fruit and raspberry. What we got is an incredible beer; sour, super fruity and a bit salty and rich in flavour and aroma.

Aroma of raspberries, grapes, fruit in general and somehow feels artificial. Orange body with a minimal to no head. Tastes also of raspberries, mango and passionfruit with a salty feel to it. Medium body with a very lively CO2.

Can from Bierkoning. Hazy orange-pink with a small white head. Quite fresh with juice, passionfruit, some raspberries and light bread. The body was on the light side as was the tartness. A refreshing one.

Canned 330ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Pinkish coloured, small off-white head that went away fast, mild berries in the nose. Fruity, slightly salty, notes of multiuvitamins and raspberries with mild tartish finish. Pleasant one.

33cl Can from Sterk. No mention of Who Cares. Hazy amber-pink colour, off-white head. Aroma of raspberry, strawberry, some passion fruit, light lemon, tartness. Flavour is light sweet, nice jammy but also light tart raspberry and passion fruit, light sour, lemon, light tart finish, hint of nuts and touch of caramel. Light bodied. Good.

330 ml can, bb. 03.07.2018. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. The is fruity-acidic with lots of raspberries, unripe tropical fruits - pineapple, mango, passion fruit - and lactic acidity. Medium body with a light to medium carbonation and a light sourness. The flavor is again very fruity with raspberries, orange, hints of cherries, some salt followed by a fruity tartness, wheat and a relatively dry finish. Nice, crisp, refreshing and full of fruits.

Can from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is nicely fruity with tart raspberry, sweetish passion fruit, notes of strawberries, wheat, and mild lactic notes. Flavour is tart and medium sour with some sweet and salty tones. Body is light. Lovely refreshing fruity Gose, sour and a bit salty, the fruits come out well.

Hazy pinkish orange body with minimum quickly disappearing head. Aroma of raspberry and passion fruit with notes of lemon, orange, strawberry, berries, pineapple, kinda reminds me of multivitamin juice. Taste is also similar to multivitamin juice with strong sour-salty notes. Thin body, smooth texture and lively carbonization.

Marko (6183) - Split / Zagreb, CROATIA - NOV 6, 2017
Can from Pivoteka, tasted @ the Donji Kraljevec tasting. Pinkish appearance. Aroma... full, juicy... multivitamin juice we have here with raspberries slightly dominating the passionfruit, lactic touches, light tartness, slightly salty undertones. Taste... lactic acid, passionfruit coming out more here, but with the balance still in the "multivitamin" range (not a bad thing necessarily!), mild, well integrated tartness and salty touches. A very good beer.
