COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale ale basically originates from England, but we have brewed it in our own way. It was designed with the idea of a very tasty, aromatic and balanced beer. The base of the beer is formed by a relatively simple combination of the basic and caramelised malts. This base was then overlaid with 4 types of hops that give it a fresh, fruity aroma and a superbly refreshing taste, which together with the malt base creates highly balanced and dangerously drinkable ale.

Clear orange color with white head. Medium body and carbonation, thin lacing. Intense floral aromas of citruses, tropical fruits, melon, pineapple, grass, hemp, pine, malt and hops. Bitter and grassy taste with similar scent aromas, but theres a peachy kick in it. Watery in-between taste, with fairly bittersweet finish. A balanced beer, though.

Flaschn: Deep golden ,hazy, small persistent off-white foamy layer, fruity and pale-malty nose with a well detectable lemony to herbal-hoppy backbone; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pleasant malty base detectable, almost medium bodied; well balanced, indeed, herbal-bitter and pale-malty finish. Good stuff...

Can, bought at Bevog Brewery. Pours a nice, murky amber with a big, frothy off-white head. Strong aroma of grapefruit, blood oranges, resin, slightly toasty, sugar melon, lime and grapefruit zests, light cereal, lemon thyme, spruce, light caramel malt. Taste is generally dominated by medium bitterness, slightly tart, with an overlying light sweet note. Slick, medium body with lively, medium carbonation, and a long lingering, slightly dry bitter finish with a reprise of resin and malt.
Starts out intensely fruity, turns herbal and leaves you with a tangy finish. Very nice, not too full, not too sweet. Pleasant mouthfeel and easily drinkable. As its getting warmer, its malty characteristics start to come forward. Served too cold, it shows metallic notes in aroma and finish.
