Tap at moeder lambic the center location (the listing says cask version). Pours golden with whiteish head. The head stays. Aroma is sour, fruits, funk. Flavor is sour, fruity, oaky, citrus, acidic. Finish is acidic. Carbonation is low. Overall: great.

UPDATED: JUL 27, 2017 Draft at Mekong. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves some lacing in the glass. Solid barnyard on the tongue. Lovely blend of horse blanket and sour notes on the nose. Finished clean. Nice!

Zlotta (3501) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - JUN 22, 2017
0.33 l bottle from ’Etre Gourmet’, best before July 2018. Slow gusher. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, sourish, quite funky, fruity and slightly floral aroma of lemon, gooseberry, oak, barnyard and some vinegar. Slightly sweetish, quite sour, funky, fruity and slightly floral taste of lemon, rhubarb, gooseberry, oak, some hay and quite a bit of vinegar, followed by a medium long, rather tart, slightly woody-dry and a bit grassy finish. Medium body, quite astringent and rather effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite complex, intense and refreshing, a bit too much vinegar maybe, but overall a really tasty beer!

Bottle shared with a friend. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Well balanced bitter and sour tones. Oak, grapes, herbs, malts and grass. Tasty saison.

geolgau (359) - Cluj-Napoca, ROMANIA - MAY 14, 2017
Aroma: sour fruits, bread, pineapple, a bit of pale malts. A bit woody, which is nice. Taste follows along the nose, adding some yeast along the sourness (detected sour berries). Nice, long and pleasant bitter-sour ending. Really nice.

A tart and full bodied saison. Very nice nose full of lavender, citrus and spice. Palate is a bit odd with a sour taste but is not there with food. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
