Bottle. (Swing Top ) Cloudy yellow with a small head. Slightly sour with a bitter fruitiness. A bit extreme for me but still worth trying.

ciocanelu (2597) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - NOV 1, 2016
Slightly hazy dark golden color with beige head. Aroma has intense farmhouse notes like fermented fruits, wet hay and other rustic notes. Taste starts with a hint of fruit tartness but gets more balanced and fruity, slightly malty with farmhouse flavors throughout and finishes quite dry with a slight amount of bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. A really rustic, well made, elegant farmhouse ale.

Pours a slightly hazy light amber from a bottle. Very bretty aroma, white balsamic vinegar. Apricots in the mouth, a little medicinal, very oaky. As it warms it becomes very bitter. Good beer.
