Draft - A slightly hazed golden color, medium white head. Aroma is full of funky barnyard, hay, white grape peel, distinct spiciness. Nice little punch to it....more citric fruits come out with the sourness, lemon grass, yeasts. Good stuff.

750ml bottle. Semi-clear golden with two finger white head. Aroma is fruity and vinous with grape fuice, apple, light fresh lemon, green grass, saison yeast and light pepperiness. Taste is similarly vinous with green fruits, grapes, wood, toasted grains and light saison yeast. Medium dry mouthfeel, light carbonation and lasting aftertaste mixing wood, toasted grains and vinous fruitiness.

Bottle from Bottle Baron. Hazy golden body with a thick off-white head. Lively carbonation. Excellent lacing. Aroma of funky yeast, coriander, salted lemon and parsley. Flavour of white grape, lime zest, oak, bread and a sour lemon finish. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. This was drank out of an Orval goblet, and it reminded me of Orval itself (always a good thing). An excellent Saison.

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2016 From XXXII. 75cl. Un Teku glass. At dinner, with chicken steaks + papas aliñas; and watching Los Soprano 1x01 after that. Refreshing tartness in aroma and mouth. Tangy and dry, giving thirst. High carbonation, causing los of foam. Not so bad, but 75cl become tiresome, 33cl would be better. Some sediments at bottom

I drank this beer yesterday at the Galicien, Lausanne. I was pleasantly surprised with this beer. The taste is typical of some Belgian beers. It is sour but it is well balanced on the citrus way and there is a touch of sweetness, like some wood.It is a refreshing beer, nice experience.
