Tap. Moeder Lambic Original. Very hazy orangeade colour. Thin, dense, lasting, white head. Nose has fruity, funky yeast. Wine barrel oak. Some white grape. Notes of lemon and lime zest. Taste is light bitter, with some zesty tartness. Nicely tempered by a little sweet oak. Crisp, zingy mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Zesty, bordering on tart finish. Very nice.

On draught at Wild Beer at Jessop House, Cheltenham, Gloucs. Hazy gold with white head. There is a pleasant tart fruitiness in both the aroma and initial flavour, nicely bitter and drying. Later there is a sharp peachy note along with a resinous woody note. Very pleasant.

Draft - A slightly hazed golden color, medium white head. Aroma is full of funky barnyard, hay, white grape peel, distinct spiciness. Nice little punch to it....more citric fruits come out with the sourness, lemon grass, yeasts. Good stuff.

750ml bottle. Semi-clear golden with two finger white head. Aroma is fruity and vinous with grape fuice, apple, light fresh lemon, green grass, saison yeast and light pepperiness. Taste is similarly vinous with green fruits, grapes, wood, toasted grains and light saison yeast. Medium dry mouthfeel, light carbonation and lasting aftertaste mixing wood, toasted grains and vinous fruitiness.
