Gul/orange med medium skum. Aroma av sitrus, frukt og mild humle. Det er også en distinkt sur lukt, som mild eddik. Smaken er også ganske sur, med en mildt bitter ettersmak. Litt for sur for min smak. Jeg finner sitrusfrukt også. Medium konsistens

0.33 l bottle from ’Etre Gourmet’, best before July 2018. Slow gusher. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, sourish, quite funky, fruity and slightly floral aroma of lemon, gooseberry, oak, barnyard and some vinegar. Slightly sweetish, quite sour, funky, fruity and slightly floral taste of lemon, rhubarb, gooseberry, oak, some hay and quite a bit of vinegar, followed by a medium long, rather tart, slightly woody-dry and a bit grassy finish. Medium body, quite astringent and rather effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite complex, intense and refreshing, a bit too much vinegar maybe, but overall a really tasty beer!

Bottle shared with a friend. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Well balanced bitter and sour tones. Oak, grapes, herbs, malts and grass. Tasty saison.

geolgau (251) - Cluj-Napoca, ROMANIA - MAY 14, 2017
Aroma: sour fruits, bread, pineapple, a bit of pale malts. A bit woody, which is nice. Taste follows along the nose, adding some yeast along the sourness (detected sour berries). Nice, long and pleasant bitter-sour ending. Really nice.

A tart and full bodied saison. Very nice nose full of lavender, citrus and spice. Palate is a bit odd with a sour taste but is not there with food. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

kindly shared by impuritylaw, thanks a lot. Long since I last had a beer of this great brewery. Aromas of forest floor with a tiny bitter licorice pastille lurking there somewhere. Complexity in taste, half-rotten juicy apple with edges of chili with the licorice becoming majoram in retronasal aftertaste. Good.

Tart dry fruit. A hint of sweet. A good amount of funk. Hazy light orange gold with a bright white foamy head. Slow fading and leaving a good amount of residue on the glass. Smooth. Dry. Tart. Citrusy. Crisp bitter/sour finish.
