courtesy of Thomas Schneider - hazy dark orange-blond beer, no foam; woody aroma of grapes and oranges; very sour, full-blodied, fresh, light sweetness below; dry and highly sourish finish of grapes, raisins and oranges - gigantic !

I hope there was something wrong with this bottle. Very very sour and acetic. I can’t feel anything else, just some raisins and some white wine. Didn’t liked it

Clearish yellow-brown color with very little foam. The smell is sourish and fruity. The taste is dominated by a delightful aggressive sourness with a apple and grape fruitiness behind. Dry fruity sour aftertaste.

Bottle. A raisin, low ABV version of the Abbaye? Well, almost. Very powerful for a 6%ABV sour, but of course not quite as rich. Still, this is big and tasty. Very, very impressive. Lots of wine. Beautiful.

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2015 Bottle, many thanks anstei! Orange color with white ring. Aroma is immediate funk sourness, but also a sweetness lying below. A grape character as well, but more sweet than you?d see. Taste is grapey, vineous, tart finish with quite some heaviness (booze or sugar?). All in all a perfectly balanced brew, and the sweetness adds an additional character element. Lively carbonation. A masterpiece. Especially since it only has 6.5 ABV. It does not have to hide against a Saint Bon Chien, but it is a bit weaker.
