Tap at spuyten duyvil.. Pour is a deep Indian red with a thin collar of white head.. Moderate lacing. Smell is cherry, plum, slight vinous, and light vinegar. Taste is sweet cherry, plum.. Tart with a dry vinous finish.. Bite very similar to a Sauvignon blanc.. Light crisp mouthfeel.. Very well done and refreshing. Rrauth (1196) - North Carolina, USA - FEB 12, 2013
Draft. Cloudy orange no head. Really nice clean simple tasting sour. I enjoy the heck out of this. Really good

Oklar röd/brun i färgen med litet vitt skum. Doftar sur-söt, mogna körsbär, lite funky, vinöst, karamell. Smakar härligt sur-sött, vinöst, funky, körsbär, röda bär, vinäger. Fantastiskt. Shag (3000) - Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA - FEB 4, 2013
A dark amber to brown color with a white head. The aroma contains some cherries, brandy, and vinegar. The flavor isn’t too sour with a malt presence but you get cherries, a hint of citrus, and some spices. The finish is also sour. Overall a good beer. Maverick34 (3238) - New York, USA - FEB 3, 2013
From the diamond. Brownish pour, sour fruit aroma and some some sour nalts. Pretty good.

375ml bottle. Poured a cloudy orangish color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of cherries, some lighter vinegar, wood, vinous, and fruity. Tastes of vinegar, tart cherries, wood, berries, and vanilla. Light to medium tart finish. Tmoney99 (14460) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 21, 2013
Tap. Poured a clear orange color with an average frothy brown head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Moderate to heavy dark sour fruit and wood alcohol aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth dry texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy dark sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. Solid complex brew.

On tap during the 43 Hours of Dark at The Birch, Norfolk, VA. Reddish-brown pour with a thin off-white head. Aroma of sour cherry, apple cider vinegar, and oak. Beautiful sour taste of tart cherry and oak. Hard to believe this is an 11.2% ABV beer as the alcohol is not detected. An awesome sour. grunx (367) - - JAN 12, 2013

Draft to taster. Looks solid; a murky brownish-orange with hardly any carbonation or lacing. Smells good; sweet and funky. Tastes like it smells, but less balanced. Average (at best) on the palate. Another flatty from BFM.
