Draft. Hazy brine pour with tan head. Tart fruit tones, some woody and liquor aroma tones. Flavor has woody and fruit, very tart tones and some off almost paint thinner flavors.

On draft at church key in Washington DC. Pours a hazy amber with a head of large short lived bubbles. Sour notes mixed with toffee in the nose. Barrel aging really mutes the funk. Lovely beer.

Tap. Pours cloudy hazelnut amber with a medium beige head and nice lacing. Very pleasant aroma of tart cherry, caramel, wine & wood, funk and a bit of cheese. Flavor about the same with medium sweetness and light tartness. Medium bodied and very well masked ABV - really sneaks up on you. Not a full blown lip-puckering sour, but a very pleasant balance actually.
