On tap at the Blind Tiger for VSK. Pours a hazed amber with ruby highlights and no head. Big sour notes on a bit of wood, fruit leather Medium bodied, sweet and full of acid. Lightly acetic, sweet fruit. Lingering acid with a but of alcohol.

Pours red with some sticky frothy head that laces. Nose is amazingly tart, funky, oak, caramel, stone fruits, berries, spur cherries, vanilla. Flavor is tart but sweeter. Lack some of the awesome shit the nose has. Sticky texture, full bodied, and slightly warming. Pretty nice but aroma was far superior.

Draft @ ML Fontainas.

Bottle shared at Øltorget Mathallen, november 19th 2013. A Swizz sour, of course we have to try it! Deep red body, small white head. Aroma of pale malt, cherries, apricot, grass. Funky taste of berries and barnyard, with a sweet malt presence showing up, caramel and toffee, to be honest it ends very sweet, like the beer keeps forgetting its sour elements, pretty strange, it is a good beer by all accounts, but I’d like the sweetness at the end a bit toned down. But it’s probably me not being used to sour biere de gardes, after all it was a very enjoable drink.

Bottle 750ml @ fonefan
Pours slightly hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, vinegar, dried fruits and tart. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long sour, vinegar and fruity finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
