Draft at The Birch. This is for the Zymatore version. Copper pour with spotty bubbles on the surface. Aroma is similar to regular Bon Chien but with more booze and a touch of sweetness. Taste is sour fruit, tart berries, spicy notes, light booze, a touch of underlying sweetness, leather, earthiness and leathery notes. Body is medium with soft bubbly notes, light boozy slickness, and soft warmth. Finishes with more tart fruit, grains, booze, light sweetness, wet wood, earthy notes, and funky yeast.
