Amber ale brewed with smoked tea. Has a slightly metallic palate such as Belgian beers may impart. Slightly tart and thus quite refreshing.

At Ushers. Amber color. A little tart, some ueast but also very dry. It seems oxidized. Lack of carbonation. I usually like bfm but this one did not turn out great.

Shared bottle notes. Pours turbid dark brown with khaki head. Nose was malty, syrupy, with tannins, figgy fruit, caramel. Tastes of caramel malt, some smokiness, earthy peaty figs, and a complex finish.
