Aroma: fruity and slightly sour; Appearance: hazy orange pour with thin white head that dissipates slowly; Taste: follows nose with some spice; Palate: medium body with long, sour finish; Overall: not sure if I would call it an APA but it’s good. Would buy again.

5oz on tap at Liberty’s, for $4. Labeled as "La Douze". Totally hazy orange golden color. Thin ring of white head. Satisfying amount of salt and floral aromas, some belgian yeast, mildly wit-like. Medium body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation, lightly slick. Good full body. Moderate sweet taste, light tart. Very mildly spicy. Mild dryness. Pretty enjoyable pleasant & balanced taste & flavor. Very tasty mildly sour belgian ale. Super nice and refreshing, mildly herbal. Wonderful belgian ale.

Bottle Batch 8 and served in tumbler: Slightly hazed golden hue with a nice frothy head and good lace. Well this is interesting with light sea salt playing off the house characteristics of malt and yeast found with almost all BFM brews. The juicy fruit and herbal nature of the hops (Cascade, Amarillo and Hallertauer) gives this a touch of Belgian IPA notes. Just not sure how this was all supposed to come together? One thing is for sure, it is NOT an Imperial Gose like someone told me.
