UPDATED: DEC 9, 2009 2003-04-23, 8-3-7-3-13=34 Blond, exaggerated carbonation. Spicy aroma: cardamom, coriander. Dry, quite astringent, with some sourness.
2002-01-05, 10-3-7-5-14=39 Good blond ale, misty, with living yeast in the bottle like all the other beers by BFM. A wonderful hop character (aroma and flavour) that overwelmes the malt taste. Long finish, bitter and aromatic.

UPDATED: FEB 25, 2009 Blonde with a slight haze. Footy yeast and very herbal aroma. Very sagey on the palate. Spritzy, with light pale malt notes. Some herbal bitterness and light wheat notes in the finish.
UPDATED: FEB 7, 2006 pours a hazy orange colour under a little unregular but stable beige foam; nice lace; charming spicy aroma (sage comes to mind but only since I know this to be used :-)), some fruity notes in the background (old apples and pineapple); some tartness due to the high carbonation, a solid bitterness (nice to see it back withoutthe unpleasant sourness which caused some sorrows to the brewer and his fans some years ago); long bitter spicy and herbal finish - it has been more than 5 years since I have not drink this beer and take some notes and I am glad to see it back at its top
