COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle from my secret summer Santa, anstei. Cheers Santa! Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Nose with coriander and lemon. Taste follows on a nice wheat base, with added mandarin, oranges, floral notes, honey. Silky smooth, nice.

1 an et 4 mois avant DLC. Blonde petit col de mousse tenue moyenne et carbo faible. Arme sur le fruit gogo type banane typique des bires belges (mais c'est une suisse). En bouche, fruite, douce et citronne. Rondeur moyenne. Surprenante pour une blanche ! La levure qui en est l'origine ?

Danke an anstei. Weich hefiger Beginn. Holzig herbe Noten mit erkennbarem, aber nicht wirklich eingreifendem Hopfen. Für ein Wit relativ schwer wirkend, weich herb, unsüffig. Konstant aber mild kräutrig. 9/9/9/9/11/9

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Hazy pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of coriander and orange peel. The flavour is citrussy, dry and refreshing, with distinct notes of coriander and cloves.

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2017 Golden color and liquid a bit cloudy... Citric aroma (not very strong)... Taste is bitter and a bit sweet... Strong for a blanche but light for a biere de garde

Bottle, 33cL. Home. 5.5% vol. A golden clear beer ; small white foamy head with a short retention. Clove, herb, citrus note, dusty biscuit note. Light sweet, light to medium dry bitter refreshing ; light spicy. Light body, watery texture, average to soft carbonation, dry spicy bitter refreshing. Overall, ok, correct.

tezarak (121) - Lengnau, SWITZERLAND - FEB 12, 2017
Poured from a 33cl bottle at home into a tulip glass. Getting the same aroma/flavour as I do with many Belgium beers - like banana, but I’ve put it down to Belgium yeast (if someone has any ideas as to what this flavour is, please let me know). Very pale and very hazy yellow. Very strong and lingering wheat flavour (in addition to the above mentioned). Full bodied, slightly sweet and slightly sour. Lacking in carbonation and bitterness.

Lore (2919) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 12, 2017
According to ist label, it is a biére de garde with 5.5% ABV...very hazy pale yellow colour, minimal white head; aroma of peach, barnyard, lemony and balsamic acid notes; taste is the same with some bread...is it really a witbier?...because giére de garde (as iddicated on the label) seems to be more suitable in my opinion
