COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle at home. Light hazy, pale gold, minimal disappearing white head. Cellar, overriped orange, mandarine, spices, light ginger, coriander, light grassy hops, brine. Refreshing, carbonated, light witbeer style taste.

33cl bottle at home. Pale yellow with a medium white soapy head. Medium body with quite some carbonation. Some sour tones with subtle sweet and bitter notes. Yeast, wheat, tart and citrus. Nice.

0.33l swingtop bottle. Damn, this one has a serious amount of floaters! Really cloudy and deep golden looking in the glass with a nice medium sized just off-white head that’s leading some nice blondes down the sides of the glass. I’ll like the aroma. Loaded with wheat sweetness and yeast. I’ll thought this was supposed to be a blonde but it smells more like a cross between a wit and a wheat ale. A little sweet ripe banana estery thing here also. Quite enjoyable to be honest. It has a soft carbonation level inside a light oily mouthfeel. It’s not directly sweet in the taste but it has nice wheat sweetness. I’ll think this is more a wit than a blonde in the taste as well as it has that typical wit herbal coriander touch and lots of heffe yeast. A slightly orange zesty almost acidic hint in the finish. I’ll would not mind having this again. 05.10.2013

Tart, lemon, pale malts, lots of character from the fermentation, with sourness, fruity and light wood even. Delicious! But the taste is even better. Fruity sourness, lots of character. Yummy yummy. Pushing amazing amounts of flavours and still fresh and drinkable. Highly underrated, in my opinion. As a side note, was this what those American thought of when they started their saison reimagination? Because most are more similar to this BFM beer than a Dupont Saison. Bottle pours hazy light yellow, with quickly diminishing white head. Aroma of floral, wheat malt, yellow fruit, citrus. Slight sweetness in taste, lacks some freshness. Little cargo. But not bad at all..

Bottle from Salt Horse. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of bread, light spice, faint lemon. Taste is more of the same. Clean finish. Decent.

En god Weissbeer. Den er ikke så syrlig som tyske hvedeøl, den er mere rund i det, og smager af alle de krydderier der er i. Den skummer rigtig meget, så pas på når du hælder op.

In short: little sour golden ale.
Pous hazy pale gold-greenish with nice white head. Moderate head retention, some lacing. Hay, citrusy, some barnyard nose. Light body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is hay, little tart, citrusy. Quite mild.

It is a nice experience with this beer. I drank it in Lausanne in the Simplon, close to the station. The color is yellow gold and troubled. The carbonation is medium and the foam is thin. It is a kind of beer like a witbeer with more character and there is a side sparkling and bitter. We could smell the "coriandre" and there is a side of grapefruit.
