Not a very nice witbier - had a bit of a dank taste and seemed too sweet for a whit.

Hazy yellow-orange color with small head. Aroma is spicy yeasts, citrus. Taste is refreshing, oranges, spices (coriander). Lively carbonation, a hint of tartness. Nice, a very good Wit!

330 ml bottle 5.5%. BB 1/O/2016. From a trade with CH-303. Thanks a lot Asbjørn!
Hazy yellow golden colour with a small white head. Yeast, spices, wheat, mild bitterness and some rubber in the aroma. Spicy. The flavour is yeast, bitterness, wheat, caramel, spices and some orange. Smooth. Very smooth.

Butelka 0.33L.

Aroma is floral and some yeast. Taste is floral and slightly sweet. This really wasnt bad. I am surprised by the low rating.

Erfrischend, spritzig, halbvill. Malzig zu Beginn, feine Säure, blumig, wenig bitter. Mittel Co2. Abgang malzig und würzig. Frines Witbier.

Light hazy golden color with a white head. Some lacing. Mild acidic, malty, some wheat and herbal aroma. Medium body. Tad sweet and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation. Wheat, malty, yeast, herbal and fruity. Seemed a bit unbalanced. Some weird acidic notes.

On tap at Tipi Bar Siviez, Switzerland. The only real craft beer bar on 4 Vallees ski area. There’s many bar/restauran at the slopes having Heineken, Cardinal, Erdinger, etc. but only here I’ve managed to find BFM beers. So I was pilgrim here every day. La Cuivree, La Salamandre and La Torpille available at the time. Cloudy yellow coloured, small white head, wheaty coriander nose. Mild malty, wheaty, spicy and light fruity with notes of coriander and orange peel. Mild bitterish and pleasant spicy finish. Nice one.
