COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

[RBESG, Sheffield]
Grand Tasting @ The Harlequin, Sheffield.
(bought @ Havnens Vin & Tobak, Vejle).
Pours a nice, clear amber with a great, frothy, yellowish head. Aroma is sweet and wheaty, light coriander and caramel. Fat and grainy mouthfeel with fair carbonation. Sweet flavour, some caramel mixed in with the wheat. A bit too ’fat’ perhaps.
Earlier Rating: 2/28/2009 Total Score: 3.4
Bottle @ Kolding Ølmesse 2009.
Pours hazy yellow with a big, frothy, white head. Fine duration. Sweet aroma, lots of wheat, clear coriander notes and a slight citric touch. Fine mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Flavour is sweet, some bite in the citrus, sweet wheat and actually just a hint of banana. Good hops balance as well. Nice to see Bøgedal branch out.
