Some roast and slight contamination here like Moldova after Chernobyl. Hazy brown pour with good head and lacing. Tangy finish. Tap at brewpub. Koelschtrinker (20399) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - APR 13, 2016
Röstig süßlicher Antrunk. Spritzig, minimal bitter, angenehme Schokoladennoten. Weich herb, gut. 10/9/9/9//9 YantarCoast (1369) - Moscow, RUSSIA - JUL 25, 2015

Aroma: caramel, sweet malts.
Taste: moderate sweeteness.
Flavour: caramel, chocolate, some dark fruits.
Aftertaste: sweet chocolate, light strange astrigency.
This is a pleasant dunkel with some strange notes in the aftertaste.

TAP at the source.
Colour: dark amber-brown, hazy.
Apart from that specific green apple firm character that their other beers have, the dunkel not unexpectedly adds some caramel/toffee and coffee notes. kiwianer (3428) - Otorohanga, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 4, 2013
The head is robust, the body dark brown. It smells darkmalty, a bit coffee. The taste is roastmalty, more darkmalty, aromatic. Ok 11/10/9/10/-/10 Oakes (17680) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 17, 2012
Cloudy chestnut brown. Strong nutty aroma. The taste is quite nutty, sweetish but fairly well-attenuated. Finishes with a little breadcrusty bitterness. Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 25, 2012
Draft at brewpub. Nice head. Unfortunately looks muddy, a little filtration might work here. Aroma has some raisins, a well-integrated amount of butter, carob, mild milk chocolate
Carob and brown bread permeate the body. All butter has vanished, leaving pleasantly chewy toasty malts in the liquid brown bread vain. Has no overt yeasty character and actually tastes like real malt. As it warms it tastes doughier but overall not bad at all.
rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 8, 2010
Draught at the brewpub.
Dark brown colour. Low head. Sourish, glue-like and light acidic. Chocolate and licorice also present. Flavour less infected by the obvious pipe problems, but acid and glue are both present as well as chocolate and licorice. Medium bodied and low bitterness, if any. In the end the sourness becomes more present. The beer has quality but the kegs ought to be rinsed and taken care of.
