Pours a clear amber body with a minimal wispy white head. The nose is slightly fruity with some toasted and grainy malt. The flavor is pretty similar, more fruitiness than expected from a California common, not sure if there is fruit in here or not? Some toasty graininess and caramel sweetness on the finish. Medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Meh, Interesting, but not exactly a California Common.

Draft at Craft. Clear deep golden color white head. Aroma of toasted cereal. Taste is malty, bready caramel. I liked this one. freekyp (2498) - Thomasville, North Carolina, USA - MAY 15, 2017
Light bodied light amber with a wispy head. Somewhat one dimensional, but well balanced. Spicy laid back hop bill did well against the earthy malts. Crisp pleasing clean finish.

Hazy gold pour with a frothy white head and heavy carbonation. Lightly sweet aroma with a definite grassy hop undertone. Floral and peppery hop bite at the start of the flavor. Somewhat malty. Good and very drinkable. hman43 (1974) - Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA - AUG 1, 2016
It pours close to amber. There are aromas of caramel, cherries, and grain. The flavors add a bit of corn with a smooth texture. It is an easy drinking beer. alexsdad06 (11561) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - JUL 5, 2016
Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden amber color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor had caramel, sweet corn , light fruity notes, some pale malt, a splash of citrus, decent enough for what it is. Cybercat (6508) - Georgia, USA - MAY 20, 2016
Taps clear copper with a fairly thick and fine buff head hat leaves good lacing. Aroma delivers strong raw malt, resiny hop and caramel notes. Flavor offers up everything the aroma promises, very satisfying and more ale-like than lager-like, crisp and satisfying. Firm body has plenty of fizz and a bit of hop bitterness in the finish. Uncommon! jtclockwork (17937) - , New Jersey, USA - MAY 3, 2016
UPDATED: MAY 26, 2016 Draft at source - pours orange white head - nose/taste of caramel, sweet corn, citrus and bread with light steamed malt - med body
