On tap at Lambiczoon. Straw color with a big, foamy head. Cucumber, mild fruity hoppiness in the nose. Bitter, fruity, good malty, toasty base. Full body, fizzy, long, toasty finish.

Tap at Lambiczoon, Milan. Near clear golden shade. Huge head. Notes of honey and a fair bit of floral character. Taste is close to dry. OK.

Bevuta il 29/09/2017 @ChiareScureFestival in Milano. Alla spina. Biondo chiaro, poca schiuma. Odore di crosta si pane, agrumi. In bocca sentori speziati, citrici, di limone. Retrogusto acidulo.

Dec. ’16. On tap at Ma Che, Rome. It poured a hazy golden body with medium sized head. Smooth creamy aroma, light sourness, and steamy white flour. Flavor was mildly sour but otherwise fine creamy lager-ish, flour, bread, light fruit, typical for the style. Medium body with shorter creamy finish. Light herbal bitterness popped up here as well. Quite simple, but a nice, true rendition of Kolsch. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Well done!

Served on tap. Gold-straw colour. Long-lasting white foam. Hazy. Citrus aroma, light malty aroma. The crispy flavour is little by little overwhelmed by the bitterness. Medium body, medium carbonation. 5.1% Abv makes it easy to drink. The best kölsch-like beer tasted in Italy. But if you are looking for a real kölsch, this beer is too hazy and too bitter

CraftBeerNick (2974) - London Town, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 4, 2017

Tap at Bir&Fud. Hazy gold with tall, fluffy head. Lemony nose, light malt, spicy hops. Grainy, crisp, hoppy. Great hops: peppery, light lemon, very prickly finish. Awesome kolsch.

At Eurhop 2015 in Rome - Italy, on tap. Finally. Pours a pale golden hazy color, tick white creamy cap. Nose: straw-hay, milled malt, flour, some bread, grass too. Mild but with character. Mouth: soft carbonation, great malty body despite its low abv, malts, bitter elegant finish. Bravissimi! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
