Big head, lots of bubbles, but without the bite normally associatated with them. Deep red color with just a touch of cloudiness. A bit hoppy, but it is a nice very smooth drink.

An excellent brew to sample in Ireland, if you can find it. Nitro-poured, it has a nice deep, red/mahogany color with the expected massive, settling head. Good texture, with less wateriness than found in many nitroed brews. Very pleasing maltiness.
