Rated on 4-09-2011 at Bier Brewery. This draft beer pours a very small beige head that mostly diminishes, hazy amber body with very little carbonation observed and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is yeasty, earthy and malt. The taste is yeasty, malt and a hint of some spice. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light bodied. This beer is easy to drink but lacks a lot of aroma and flavor. A very light drinking beer. queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - MAR 27, 2013
Growler. Yeasty, earthy malt, dusty hops, and tea aroma - honey became apparent int he aroma as it warmed. Hazy amber with a large off-white head, nice lacing. Yeasty, toasty barley malt, light Belgian spice flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation, dry finish. shrubber85 (11706) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - MAR 23, 2013

tap at the brewery - This is a bubbly brew with a caramel malt aroma. The flavor is sweet caramel malt and some Belgian yeast character. I didn’t get much hops out of it. It’s very sweet with a lively palate. Not bad.
